Products sold through the store are fulfilled by a third-party supplier and shipped directly from China to customers in supported countries.

European Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers in the European Union may have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided under applicable European and national consumer protection laws.

The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform, commonly known as the EU ODR Platform, was discontinued in 2025 and is no longer available for the submission of new consumer disputes.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits a consumer's right to seek remedies through a competent court or authority.
