By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to you.

1. Online Store

USA STOK operates an international e-commerce store.

Products sold through USA STOK may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and are shipped directly from China to the customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order may be processed and fulfilled internationally.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, billing information, and shipping address.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is correct.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe the products offered through our website.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, and differences between device displays.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory legal requirements concerning product safety, conformity, description, quality, or consumer remedies.

4. Prices and Currency

Prices displayed by USA STOK are denominated in United States Dollars, USD, unless another currency is expressly displayed through a localization or currency conversion feature.

The price displayed at checkout at the time the order is submitted will apply to the transaction, subject to applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other legally required amounts.

5. Orders

After an order is submitted, it may be subject to payment, fraud, inventory, and fulfillment verification.

USA STOK may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
Incorrect or incomplete payment information.
Material pricing or product listing errors.
Product unavailability.
Inability to deliver to the address provided.
Legal or regulatory restrictions.
Other legitimate circumstances preventing fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method as required by applicable law.

6. Payment

Customers must be authorized to use the payment method provided at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other payment service providers available through our checkout.

7. Order Processing

Orders normally require 2 to 4 business days to be processed before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped directly from China through third-party suppliers and logistics providers.

After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 9 to 12 business days.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. As a result, products from the same order may arrive in different packages, with different tracking numbers, or on different dates.

Shipping and delivery are also governed by our Shipping Policy.

9. Customs Duties and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.

Where permitted by applicable law and where these amounts have not already been collected at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer, customs, tax, or pricing laws applicable to the transaction.

10. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the supplier or carrier, we may not be able to modify or redirect the shipment.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

Customers may submit eligible refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

When USA STOK approves a refund, physical return of the product is not required.

The customer may keep or responsibly dispose of the product after the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 3 to 5 business days. Additional processing time imposed by the customer's financial institution may apply.

Mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights available to customers in applicable jurisdictions, including the European Union and United Kingdom, remain unaffected.

12. Intellectual Property

The USA STOK name, website content, original graphics, website design elements, text, and other materials owned by L3W Global LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property belonging to USA STOK, L3W Global LLC, or any third party.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, copyrighted works, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

Commit or facilitate fraud.
Provide intentionally false information.
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

USA STOK serves customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

Customers residing outside the United States retain mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

Personal information collected through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data protection laws.

18. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer protection or conflict-of-law rules provide otherwise, these Terms and the contractual relationship between USA STOK and its customers are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable federal laws of the United States.

Consumers residing outside the United States retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to them where those protections cannot legally be excluded through contractual choice of law.
